Embroidery

Using Multi-head embroidery machines and the latest editing software the possibilities are endless.

To produce your own logo for embroidery purposes first the design has to be programmed or digitised. This would involve you sending us your artwork (see enquiries page for uploading files and details on how to send your artwork).

There is a one off cost to get your design programmed and once it has been programmed it is here for you to use as often as you like.

As every design is individual, so is the cost. This is based on the number of stitches it takes to make up the logo so to estimate the set up cost we would need to see the design. A sample of the embroidery is provided prior to the commencement of any order.

Around the web site you will see various images of logo's produced.

Of course, not all embroidery needs a logo nor is it always necessary to have a programme made. We have a wide range of stock designs and access to thousands more. Or, if you just want lettering or something a little different, call in and we can go through your requirements and show you what we can achieve based on your enquiry.

Screen Printing

Where embroidery designs are based on stitch count Screen-printing is based on the number of colours. For each colour a separate screen must be made. This can be a more cost-effective way for large quantities or large areas to be branded. Sending us artwork for screen-printing is required in different formats to those listed for Embroidery. For all details on screen printing please contact Mike on the telephone number on our Contact Us Page.

Heat Transfer or Graphi Flex (An alternative to Screen-printing)

Our in-house heat applied process, using the latest Superflex performance material. We can produce anything from basic lettering to various designs, ideal when you want something large & visible on the back of garments.

Most items are suitable for this process however Nylon garments are not as they would melt under the heat of the press. For more details please call.

See enquiries page on how to send us your design.
